Check out the Cortland, NY recreational site. You and your kids should get involved in the community. Check out the YMCA for example and see how you can help volunteer or even get involved in a recreational activity through their program! I am a member of the Y and love working out in their family friendly atmosphere. It makes me feel comfortable=) Every little bit makes a huge difference, try something new!!
